Gus is an incredible mover but unfortunately will never get to show that in the pen. He was injured as a yearling in the right fetlock and hock and although 3 different vet clinics have said with time he will be sound, we have not been able to get him sound enough to go to the pen. But he has proven his pleasure ability in his offspring. You should see them lope.

What babies arrived in his first foal crop in 2003! He had a royal harem of mares producing his first foal crop. Own daughters of Zips Chocolate Chip, Zippo Pine Bar, Seven S Flashyzipper. Three mares are superior western pleasure horses themselves. These foals were incredible. Very pretty bodied, long necks, and gorgeous heads. Gus's foals were headed for great things as he proved with the first filly to show at the APHA World show winning Reserve World Champion 2 year old Western Pleasure. But it didn't stop with her, there are MORE.

Gentlemens Lad, 2006 World Champion Pinto 2 year old Western Pleasure. Chipped in Roses, 3rd in the Reichart Color Celebration Non Pro 3 year olds and 2nd at the Southern Belle. GSR Sent A Star winning the 2 year old Circuits in California, Utah and Nevada. Gus has the genetics to provide you the color and the pedigree and progeny to produce you a winner.

Why gamble on color? Will stand to a very limited number of outside pleasure bred mares in 2008. His book is filling fast, once the world has figured out you get color and movement they want one.
